Refund Policy

🔁 When Are Refunds Issued?
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- Your order was canceled before shipping.
- Your package was lost in transit. (confirmed by the carrier)
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@smokersvilla.com, and include the following:
- Your full name and order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
- A brief description of the issue
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we do not offer refunds on:
- Used or opened items.
- Disposable vapes, gummies, capsules, or other consumables.
- 7-OH tablets, kratom, THC/CBD products, and sex pills.
- Items returned without prior authorization
⏱ Processing Your Refund
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office/carrier.
- Contact us at support@smokersvilla.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will investigate with the shipping carrier and advise on the next steps.
