At Smokers Villa, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take great care in offering only high-quality, verified products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
❌ All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of the following:
Disposable vapes.
Opened vape kits or cartridges.
THC, CBD, or kratom products.
Gummies, capsules, or consumables.
7-OH tablets, sex pills, nicotine strips.
Accessories (tanks, coils, batteries, chargers, etc.)
Once a product is opened or used, we cannot restock or resell it, regardless of condition.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at support@smokersvilla.com with the following:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
A brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
⚠️ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
🚚 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:
First, check with neighbors or your local post office.
Then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We’ll work with the carrier to try to locate the package.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries.
📦 Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal or invalid shipping information, you may be responsible for:
Original shipping charges.
A restocking fee, if applicable.
